Step 1 Lithium Cells
Our lithium battery pack are used grade A cells with clear QR code. The lithium battery cell brands we cooperate with include CATL, GOTION, EVE, etc. You can choose different brands according to your needs. Before the lithium battery cells are packaged, we will test the voltage of each cell. In order to provide the best guarantee for quality to our customers, we will arrange cells with similar characteristics in one module. And we will put epoxy sheet between the lithium battery cell and around the module for insulation. It’s one of the reasons why Virtue solar lithium batteries can work durably and safely.
Step 2 Series-Parallel
Next step, we will use UV machine to spot weld the battery cells to connect in series and parallel for each module. Our 48v 100ah power wall battery has two modules inside, each module is composed of 8S1P 3.2v 100ah LiFePO4 cells. This equipment with a micro lens, so we can clearly observe the track and check whether each spot welding is accurate. Then, our skilled staffs will install the sensors responsible for the battery management system (BMS). The sensor wires can collect the data of each cell such as voltage, current, temperature, resistance, etc. After that, test its parameters like voltage.
Step 3 Assemble
In order to keep the inside of the module tidy, we will tie up the sensor wires in an orderly arrangement. Then, we apply glue to the location where connect with sensors for reinforcement.The battery module is complete.
Step 4 Functional testing
Next, put two modules in solar battery case, put the epoxy sheet on top of each module, and use pressure bar to fix the module. Then, it is time to install BMS. The BMS is compatible with most inverters on the market. If you are using niche brand inverters, we also can supply the solar LiFePO4 battery that can match your inverter as long as you give us the communication protocol. And then, connect the positive and negative poles of the lithium iron phosphate battery, plug the sensor wires into the BMS, and connect the BMS with the battery indicator board and the LED screen. After that, cover the battery case cover.
This is the process of our making a lithium solar battery. Before we deliver the LiFePO4 batteries to our clients and partners, we will do aging test to check the safety and performance. By doing so, it can prevent them affect our battery.
